SkyTeam airlines Air France and KLM stood out during the pandemic by having the most generous rebooking and cancellation rules out of all major European airlines. Their goodwill policy of making even the cheapest economy tickets 100% refundable has been extended again and again over the past few months. But we are seemingly at the end of the road, as the policy is set to expire on February 28, 2022.

Update

These regulations are set to end on February 28, 2022. Therefore, the upcoming weekend reflects your last chance to buy Air France and KLM tickets under that are fully refundable.

If you purchase a ticket with either one of those airlines, for travel beginning on June 30, 2022, or earlier, the tickets remains fully refundable up until the day of departure. Your inbound flight might happen.

When you cancel your booking, you will receive a voucher from the airline. You can use this voucher to get a full refund in your original form of payment.
