Johannesburg: €386 SWISS Flights From Bordeaux With Luggage

swiss

Star Alliance member SWISS is currently selling very cheap tickets from Bordeaux and Paris to Johannesburg. A highlight of this deal is that for some reason the fare that includes luggage is being sold at a lower price than the Light fare. The only downside to this deal is that the availability is very limited.

While the flight times are mediocre on the outbound flight, they are quite good on the way back.

From Bordeaux, you would fly to Zurich, from where SWISS would take you to Johannesburg on an Airbus A340. You could use the opportunity created by the long layover on the outbound flight to discover the Swiss city.

SWISS serves complimentary food and drinks on all flights, regardless of the category you’ve booked. Their long-haul economy class seats are standard, as is their in-flight entertainment. Just be sure to charge your devices before the flights, as the seats don’t offer any power supply (only USB if you’re lucky).
