Star Alliance member Brussels Airlines is currently selling cheap flights from Paris to Kigali, Rwanda. What’s particularly good about this deal is, that it includes luggage. The prices are really cheap when flying from Paris, but other French cities are possible for €50 more.
Entering Rwanda is currently possible, but requires some time and nerves, as you need:
- A PCR-Test before departure.
- A PCR-Test after arriving in Kigali.
- An additional rapid-antigent-test after arrival.
- A PCR-Test before leaving the country.

Flights from Lyon, Nice, Marseille and Toulouse are available from €380. You can also choose Geneva for €370.
All itineraries feature a change of planes in Brussels. An Airbus A330-300 will take you from there to Rwanda. The inbound flight features a technical stop in Entebbe, Uganda. You will most likely be allowed to stay in the plane during that stop.

According to the fare rules, these tickets are on sale until April 15, 2022 for travel before December 15, 2022. A minimum stay from Saturday to Sunday applies. The fare shows scattered availability at the beginning of the year and takes a nose dive during the Summer. After that, you can leave Paris almost daily at the discounted price.
