Radisson Rewards might not be offering an official status match. But if you ask nicely, you shouldn’t have any problems getting matched. Unfortunately, you will only be granted the Raddison Rewards Gold and Silver tier. Concierge Elite can only be obtained through eligible nights at a Radisson property.
Radisson Rewards is the loyalty program used by Radisson Blu/RED, Park Inn, Park Plaza, Quorvus, and Country Inns & Suites.
How to
Time needed: 10 minutes
Follow our steps to request a status match with Radisson Rewards.
- Sign up for Radisson Rewards
Visit the website of the program and create an account. This, of course, has to be done prior to requesting the match.
- Gather all documents
You will need proof that you’re currently holding a tier with another loyalty program. This could be your membership card or a screenshot of your online account.
- Sent an email to Radisson Rewards
Since there is no official landing page for the status match, you will have to send an email to statusmatch@radissonhotels.com. You can be creative in what you want to put into the email. But it should be enough to let Radisson now that you’re planning on staying with them more frequently in the future. And then ask for your status to be matched.
- Wait for a response
Typically, you should receive feedback from Radisson Rewards within a couple of days. If you haven’t heard anything after two weeks, we’d recommend sending the email again.
Your news status should be valid for two years.

As CC2009 said, Radisson has new rewards system (Club = free, Premium = previously gold(?), VIP = previously Platinum).
The rewards for current Premium look more or less like previous Gold, though without any discounts. It seems they don’t match to Platinum at all or at least they won’t tell you which statuses they would match.
From my experience you don’t have to give any justification as you’d get a reply from a bot anyway
I do want to mention one issue.
Radisson has recently updated its program and it’s confusing. Radisson Americas still offers Silver and Gold while the rest is offered the following status: Club, Premium and VIP.
I have only received ‘Premium’ tier with SAS Gold. Can you explain us a bit more about the changes.
