Privilege Club: Earn 1,000 QMiles for Logging Into Qatar Airways App (Last Chance)

Qatar Airways wants to push usage of their app and grants 1.000 QMiles (Award miles) to all members of its loyalty program Privilege Club, who haven’t logged in the past six months. The promotion runs until August 12, 2020 for new and existing Privilege Club members.

The airline promises to credit these miles until August 20, 2020. It maybe a good decision to set a reminder to August 21, 2020 and check if they kept their word.

If you aren’t a member already, you can score additional 2,500 miles for signing up until September. You will receive further 5,000 Qmiles and 50 Qpoints (tier points) if you complete your first flight before December 10, 2020.

While 1,000 Miles don’t have much value (Award flights start at 7,000 miles). But since Qmiles expire 36 months after your last transaction, this simple way to get some account movement may save you a lot of trouble. If your miles are credited in August 2020 as promised, you will keep your entire mileage until at least August 2023.
