There’s a great Star Alliance sale to Hawaii in premium economy next to the reasonable business class fares to Hawaii for around €1,500. Prices start at around €700, include 2x 23 kg luggage and are available until September 2021.
There are also tickets in economy class for around €390 (until April 2021) respectively €440 (until June 2021), but these are light fares and do not include luggage.

Hotels in Hawaii
Hotels in Hawaii are everything else but cheap. You can expect accommodation costs of around €200 per night. The cost of living is also higher than main land USA and much higher than in Europe. Because of that it makes even more sense to save a few bucks with a good hotel booking. We would recommend using booking.com for that:
You may be able to save a lot by booking accommodation through Airbnb. Private rooms with a queen bed are available from €50 onwards. Rental cars are about €30-50 per day as well.
