A Boeing 777-300ER operates flights between Lisbon and Angola. Its legroom (86 cm according to Google Flights) and seat alignment (3-3-3) make this a very comfortable economy class. Onward flights to Johannesburg are operated either by Boeing 777-200 or Boeing 737-700 aircraft. While some aircraft of TAAG are banned from European airspace, none of the planes in this flightplan rises safety concerns.

Search & Book

The only restrictions given by fare rules are a generous maximum stay of one year. Further information is not given, so this offer is much likely based on availability. As of now, flights in Autumn 2019 and February through April 2020 show daily availability.

Sadly, Google Flights does not display this fare. The airfare matrix is your best friend in this case, as you can check travel dates conveniently (instructions). Select the “advanced controls” search and enter the following parameters:

Roundtrips starting at €446 will be displayed. But choosing the same traveldates on skyscanner will see the price drop to €398.

A stopover in Luanda can be added in both directions and is free of charge.
