It’s also much shorter than most cruises, lasting only four nights – perfect for those who wish to try out the concept without being stuck on board for a dozen days. For the very cheap price of €219 per person, including tips and all meals, you can board the MSC Sinfonia in October 2023, departing and returning to the Italian port city of Genoa.

The price of €219 per person is for an inside cabin. You could pay €100 more per person for an outside cabin, but for such a short cruise, it may not be worth the surcharge.
The Route

- October 7: Olbia, Sardinia (10 hours)
- October 8: Cannes, France (10 hours)
- October 9: At sea
- October 10: Genoa (arrives at 7:00)
The Ship
Built in 2015, the MSC Sinfonia measures 275 meters in length and 32 meters in width. 700 crew members look after the 2,700 passengers onboard. Across its 13 floors, you can find everything you need. Theater, spa, gym, shopping facilities, restaurants, pools, jacuzzis, jogging track or even a golf simulator – you will enjoy your time on this ship.
Getting to Genoa
It’s still a bit early to look for flights to Genoa, as the cruise is still roughly a year away. You’ll just have to keep your eyes open and wait for a good deal. To give you an example for a cheap option, you can often fly from Dublin with Ryanair for around €20.
