Both airlines have almost identical fare rules. For both of them, these flights can be booked at this price until July 10, 2019. Also, the flights have to be flown before September 30th. The maximum stay is limited to 12 months.

You can use Google Flights to find your preferred available dates, and then find the cheapest fare on Skyscanner. Iberia’s Business Class

Iberia’s business class layout is 1-2-1, which means that every seat has direct access to an aisle. Their seats can be converted into a flat bed and feature a VOD screen as well as power and USB sockets. Further, Iberia allows you to bring three bags of hold luggage up to 23 kg in their flex fare. Promotional Business Class fares allow only two checked bags.

Air Europa Business Class

Air Europa arranges seats in a 2-2-2 configuration. All seats are facing forwards with a slight angle towards the neighboring seat. While this is uncommon, it has not been criticized as too intimate. Especially the food & beverage service has received great reviews. A highlight of Air Europa’s Business Class is the baggage allowance of 3 x 23kg.

Due to the dense seating (for Business Class flights) and friendly flight attendants, Air Europa’s Business Class has been deemed to convince with warmth & personality, not luxury. A more detailed review can be found here (Boeing 787) and here (Airbus A330).

Information & Tips for Havana

Havana is the largest city and capital of Cuba with around 2 million inhabitants and a variety of touristic activities and attractions. Havana is also a good starting point to explore the rest of the country.

The city is connected by air to the Americas (mainly USA and Canada but also Central and South America) and partly also to the European continent. Cheap flights to Havana and to Cuba in general are often available thanks to the large number of charter airlines serving the country. It is also possible to get great deals on scheduled airlines (Iberia, Air France, Air Europe, etc…) for under €500 to Cuba. In addition, there are often good deals in business class.

The Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Havana is in the dry season between December and May. Little rain and warm temperatures provide good touristic conditions and are a welcome change from the otherwise rather humid temperatures in the Caribbean.
