Johannesburg: €375 Lufthansa Flights From Paris (€425 With Luggage + Refundable)

Johannesburg

Star Alliance member Lufthansa is selling very cheap flights from Paris to Johannesburg, starting at only €375. That price, however, doesn’t include luggage. A more interesting option may be to pay €425 to book the Flex fare, which not only includes luggage but is also fully refundable – particularly interesting in these crazy times.

Info

Currently, you have to present a negative PCR test, no older than 72 hours. Otherwise, you’d have to quarantine at a government-appointed facility for 10 days and pay the expenses. You also have to fill out this form. Be aware, however, that this could all change in the future – for better or for worse.

€375 in the light fare. You could also pay €425 for the flex fare.

From Paris, you’d first fly to Frankfurt, from where you’d fly to Johannesburg in a Boeing 747. You’ll be served food and drinks on the long-haul flight.

Warning

We expect further shakeups in the airline industry over the following months. Some services might be cancelled, aircraft changed or downgraded. The schedule we describe may very well change.
