Last week Lufthansa opened up their companion special for the United Kingdom, now you can explore the world in the most comfortable way from many Italian airports. Enjoy Lufthansa’s First or Business Class from Milan, Rome, Venice, Naples and Bologna to a bevy of international destinations. The offer is only valid for two adults travelling together.

Flights can be found via Lufthansa’s homepage, following one of the links above. Almost any airport in Italy served by Lufthansa can be choosen as origin. The special is for flights starting between May 9 and March 30, 2020.

You have stay at least six days at your destination, including a weekend. Maximum duration of stay is three months. While Business Class seats are broadly available, finding First Class fares is much harder. The offer expires on May 19, 2019.

Mileage

All Business Class flight segments are Booking Class P. A trip from Milan to Johannesburg via Frankfurt will earn you 18.984 miles in Air China’s PhoenixMiles program and around 12.000 miles in most Star Alliance frequent flyer progames.

Travelling First Class will result in booking class A for international flights and J for inner European connection flights. Meaning a roundtrip from Miland to Buenos Aires gives you 46.888 miles in Miles&More, Aegeans’ Miles+Bonus & SAS’ EuroBonus among others.
