South America: Lufthansa Premium Economy From Strasbourg Starting at €685

Rio de Janeiro, Brasilien

Star Alliance carrier Lufthansa is offering good prices in their premium economy class from Strasburg to South America. Prices start at €685 to Rio de Janeiro. Other interesting destinations are Bogotá and Sao Paulo.

LH PE SXB South America EUR685

We expect further shakeups in the airline industry over the following months. Some services might be cancelled, aircraft changed or downgraded. The schedule we describe may very well change.

Please note that this itinerary only involves flights. Often, the distance from Strasbourg to Frankfurt (and vice versa) is operated by a Lufthansa bus but in this case it’s not. You cannot start your journey in Frankfurt. Also, some routings fly via Munich AND Frankfurt. Please be aware of that.

Search & Book

According to the fare rules, this deal is still available until May 26, 2020. The minimum stay requirement is a night from Saturday to Sunday or 4 days. The inbound flight has to commence no later than 3 months after the outbound flight. There is scattered availability from July, 2020 to February, 2021. A stopover in each direction is permitted at €75 each.

You can find your preferred travel dates via the Lufthansa Flight Offers site. In this case Lufthansa is offering the best prices and we would recommend booking with them directly anyway, especially in uncertain times like these.

Feeder flights are in booking class Y, whereas the long-haul segments are in booking class N. This will cause a respectable amount of mileage credit in various frequent flyer programs.

Although hotels are relatively affordable in South America, it cannot hurt to check price, location and reviews. After all, you still want to make the best deal possible, right? For that we would recommend
