While it’s not easy to follow the name changes of Kazakhstan’s capital, now you can fly there in Star Alliance member LOT Polish Airlines‘ premium economy class from European cities starting at €563. At the time of writing, the city is called Astana, but still has Nur-Sultan’s airport code, NQZ.
It’s also possible to fly business class starting at €854.

You would first fly LOT’s narrowbodies (usually Embraers) in economy class to Warsaw. There, you can buy lounge access for PLN 120 (~€28), while you are waiting for your next flight. That will be operated by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which has a 2-3-2 configuration in premium economy class.
LOT Premium Economy Class
LOT’s premium economy is similar to that of Lufthansa but offers other advantages. There are 49.5 cm wide seats in a 2-3-2 arrangement, while the space to the seat in front is 96.5 cm or 38 inches big.
In premium economy, each passenger is allowed to check in two pieces of luggage (23 kg each), which are tagged with a priority tag.
Search & Book
The fare rules don’t specify an expiration date. While there is no minimum stay, nor specified travel periods, your stay cannot exceed twelve months. There seems to be continuous availability throughout the year, even during the summer period.
