Stay at Marriott’s 5-Star La Maison Champs Elysées, Paris, Starting at €270 until Late February (Refundable)

La Maison Champs Elysees Paris Hotel Designed by Martin Margiela Gallery

The prices for 5-star hotels in Paris‘ very touristic 8th arrondissement are always extremely high. Currently, though, you can book a room at one of Marriott‘s Design Hotels, the La Maison Champs Elysées, for only €270. Furthermore, this is a refundable rate that can be cancelled up to the day before arrival. Wi-Fi and movies on demand are also included.

This price is available until late February, directly on Marriott’s website:

You would be staying in a Superior Boutique room, with a view of the street. This room is 23 m2 large, and sleeps two people. In February, you can expect mostly sunny weather, with temperatures around 2-8 °C on most days.

The Hotel

The Hôtel La Maison Champs Elysées is a modern 5-star hotel, located within walking distance to the Grand Palais and the Pont Alexandre III. The Franklin D. Roosevelt metro station is also only a 5-minute walk away.

Previous guests have left good reviews of this nice hotel (4/5 on Google), many praising the friendly staff and the unbeatable location.

Located in the 8th arrondissement, you’re close to a lot of popular sights, such as the Tuileries Garden, which is less than 20 minutes away on foot (or a 5-minute bus ride).

Price Check

While charging €270 on many dates until late February, you’d pay far more to stay at this hotel later in the year. Already in March, you won’t find a single date on which this hotel charges less than €324.

But even if we compare the price to other 5-star hotels in the 8th arrondissement in February, this hotel stands out as particularly cheap. The Hyatt Paris Madeleine charges about €520, the Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe wants €415, while the Paris Marriott Champs Elysees asks for €455. Then you have the Four Seasons with a staggering price of €1,710 and the Bvlgari charging even more with €1,760. So, in comparison, €270 really is a great price.
