Travelzoo is currently selling vouchers for the Kenzi Rose Garden Marrakech, a 5-star hotel in the former imperial city in western Morocco. With this voucher, you can stay at the hotel (almost) whenever you want by June 30, 2022 – incl. half-board. Each voucher costs €110 (+€5.60 tourism tax).
This deal is available on the Spanish Travelzoo website. If you don’t speak Spanish, we recommend that you use a browser that can translate the site for you. Once you’ve bought the voucher, you’ll be able to view it on the English Travelzoo site as well. Redeeming the voucher at the hotel is also possible in English.
This price is for 2 adults and max. 1 child (under 12). If you have 2 children, you’d pay €139. You can also book for 3 adults for €160. In every case, of course, each guest will get his free breakfast and dinner (half-board). These vouchers can be purchased until November 10, 2021.
Once you’ve bought the voucher, you can redeem it by calling the hotel or by sending an email. The hotel will then confirm your reservation (if there’s availability on your desired dates). The vouchers can officially be redeemed for nights during the following travel periods:
- Before December 24
- December 24 – December 30 (€50 surcharge per night)
- December 31 (€240 surcharge per person)
- January 1 – April 13
- April 25 – June 30
If you wish to stay more than one night, simply buy multiple vouchers. If you don’t end up using these vouchers, you can simply return them for a full refund. Should you already have redeemed the voucher, you can cancel the reservation up to 72 hours before arrival.
If you’re unsure about how many nights you’re going to stay, simply buy a few extra vouchers. Once you’ve decided, you can just get a refund for the ones you bought in excess.
The Hotel
The Kenzi Rose Garden Marrakech was recently renovated and thus combines the Moroccan charm with modern touches. Your room is a so-called Superior room with a garden view, which is a big and quiet room. The hotel has an outdoor pool, a spa, three restaurants with international cuisine, and two bars. Another nice benefit of this hotel is that it’s only 10 minutes away from the airport by car. While the reviews weren’t exactly superb before the renovation, the hotel has gotten some very good reviews recently, with guests calling it an outstanding hotel.

The hotel is located in the Hivernage neighborhood, which is known for its nightlife as there are many cocktail lounges, dance clubs, international restaurants with live music, and a casino. The Royal Theatre is also nearby, as are the beautiful historic Menara Gardens. As mentioned before, this hotel is also very well located for tourists arriving at the airport, as it is only a 10-minute car ride away. Even the bus will only take roughly 20 minutes, costing merely MAD 30 (~€3). City sights are equally well reachable by bus. The Jamaa El Fna, for instance, is less than 10 minutes away (or roughly 30 minutes by foot).
Price Comparison
The cheapest price that we were able to find in 2021 for a Superior Garden View room, incl. half-board and with a refundable rate, was €181. In 2022, you can sometimes stay for €160, but generally, you would be paying roughly €185. Even if we take the €160 price as a point of comparison, you’d be saving over 30% by using these vouchers.
