The Royal Caribbean’s Jewel of the Seas is set to cross the Atlantic Ocean from Port Canaveral, Florida to Amsterdam in late April 2023. You can currently book an outside cabin for this passage for as little as €606 per person, a fare that includes all meals (some specialty restaurants cost extra), soft drinks and many (if not all) activities on board. An inside cabin is even cheaper and comes with a price tag €535 per person. In addition, Royal Caribbean cruise line will charge US$16 (~€15) per person per day in tips to your room credit. However, you are free to alter that sum to your liking.
On some occasions, the advertised price of €606 pp only shows up at after selecting a cabin. If a higher price is displayed, proceed to the next booking step to see it decrease.

The Ship
The Jewels of the Seas was launched in 2004 as the fourth and final ship of Royal Caribbean’s Radiance Class. It underwent refurbishment in 2016. The ship has a capacity of 2,500 passengers with 840 crew members to take care of them. Alongside from restaurants and pools, you have a climbing wall, a mini golf course and other amenities to capture your imagination. The onboard language is English.
You’ll have 12 dining options onboard, 6 of which are included in this deal. If you wish to dine somewhere else, you’ll have to pay extra (in USD).

Flights
While Amsterdam can easily be reached from most European cities, oneway flights across the Atlantic Ocean to Florida will increase the price of your journey. You can expect to pay at least €350 for an economy ticket.
We recommend planning your arrival in Florida at least on April 20, so you have enough time to improvise in case something goes wrong. While there are many airports close to Port Canaveral like Orlando (MCO) and Melbourne (MLB), you might also want to check prices for Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and take a rental car up Florida’s Atlantic coast. Miami (MIA) might be your best option if you prefer a nonstop flight to America.
