Spanish Oneworld member Iberia is currently selling very cheap business class flights to Bogota from many European countries. Even the non-stop flights from Madrid are quite cheap. Almost every single date from now until June 12th seems to be available at roughly this price.
We found cheap flights from the following airports:

The long-haul flight is always a flight from Madrid, for which Iberia uses an Airbus A340. We’ve written our own review of Iberia’s A340 business class. The short feeder flights are usually operated with short-haul Airbus A320-family airplanes.

This deal will remain valid until January 23, 2020 for flights that take place before June 12th, 2020. Your trip has to be at least 7 days long. As long as you respect that condition, you’ll find availability on pretty much every day until June 12th.
