BREAKING: Skyteam Business Class Budapest to Hawaii Starting from €500

Air France Boeing 787 Business Class

With departure from Budapest, Skyteam airlines are currently offering incredible Business Class fares to Hawaii. Dates are available for the entire year of 2020 but we don’t know how long this will still be available because it looks almost too good to be true!

Update

The fare is gone.

You can still book Business Class flights to other destinations in the US and Canada starting at €680 however.

Info

This price is extremely low and we cannot guarantee that I won’t be cancelled. Therefore, we advice you to wait at least a few weeks before booking feeder flights and other non-refundable elements of your trip.

In the light of the novel Coronavirus we also advise against all bookings in the 1st half of 2020. We see plenty of availability in autumn, so there is no need to fly immediately. Please also note that the United States has currently banned the entry of all travellers who visited the Schengen area within the last 14 days.

BTW: Besides Honolulu, the fare is also available Lihue, Kahului and Kona. You have the choice between all the big islands on the Hawaiian archipelago.

Search & Book

We don’t expect this to last very long, so ACT FAST! We see availabliity for the entire year of 2020 without any blackout dates, minimum stay or other restrictions.

You can find your dates easily on Google Flights (instructions). You can then either go ahead and book with the cheapest OTA through our Travel-Dealz search or book directly with KLM or Air France. We would recommend the latter, here’s why:

Why is booking with an airline better than with an online travel agency?

More often than not, online travel agencies offer lower fares than airlines do. We still recommend booking with the airlines directly. There are two main reasons for that:

Better Customer Service
In case any problems like delays, cancellations or missed connections arise, you can communicate directly with the airline. The airline has to take care of you because you have a contract with them.

If a travel agency issues your ticket, you may have to reach out to them first. You also depend on your OTA to forward information like flight changes instead of receiving them directly from the airline. In many cases, you may get a prime exhibition of responsibility shifting rather than problem-solving.

This especially applies to premium tickets. You don’t want to spend more than €1,000 to wind up with some budget OTA’s telephone hotline in case anything goes wrong.

Baggage and Other Fees
Economy fares not including hold luggage are industry standard by now. In most cases, travel agencies charge much higher baggage fees than the airlines themselves. If bags are not included in your fare, airlines are often the cheaper alternative.

This also applies to other things like food services, insurances or priority treatment. In almost all cases, you pay less for additional amenities when booking on the airlines’ website.

Mileage

The tickets are issued in booking class D, which gives you a great amount of miles if you opt for the right program.
