China Southern is offering cheap tickets to Ho-Chi-Minh-City. Prices for flights departing from Amsterdam start at 363€ and already include one piece of checked luggage.
There is a small catch: in most cases, you’ll have a very long layover in Bejing before continuing your travel to Vietnam. But you could use the stop for some sightseeing in China’s capital. There’s no need to get a Visa when transiting through China within 24 hours.
China Southern will fly you from Amsterdam to Bejing on board of an Airbus A330. Once you arrived in China, look for the immigration counter that will allow you to enter on a transit Visa exemption. After your layover, it will take another 6 hours for you to get to Vietnam.

According to the fare rules, this deal will be available until May 27th for trips commencing on or before June 20th, 2019. You have to stay for at least 6 days or until the first Sunday. Maximum stay regulations require you to book a return flight that departs from Vietnam no later than 3 months after your arrival.
