Emirates Skywards: 1 Mile/Minute in Dubai (max. 5,000 Miles)

Emirates B777

From October, the Expo 2021 will take place in Dubai. If you fly to Dubai with Emirates, you will receive one Skywards mile for every minute you spend in Dubai from October 1st to March 31st. However, you can only collect a maximum of 5,000 miles, which you’ll have achieved after staying in Dubai for about three and a half days.

To get these miles, you’ll have to sign up here and start your journey by March 31, 2022 at the latest:

In addition, the flight must have been booked after August 1, 2021. All fares are permitted, regardless of whether they are Special, Saver, Flex, or Flex Plus in economy, business, or first class.

Unfortunately, transfer connections do not count. The stay in Dubai must be at least 24 hours long = 1,440 miles.
