After writing about Emirates’ first class deal from Stockholm to Asia, Emirates comes with another deal from another Scandinavian city & country: Helsinki, Finland. Destinations include cities such as Bangkok, Bali, Singapore, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. Prices start at €3,050 to Singapore.
All interesting destinations:
- Singapore from €3,050
- Bangkok from €3,169
- Kuala Lumpur from €3,366
- Hong Kong from €3,794
- Bali from €3,987
From Helsinki to Dubai, flights are operated by flydubai with a Boeing 737 in business class. There’s a very representative review on YouTube:
The onward journey will be operated Emirates themselves through a Boeing 777 or with an Airbus A380 that features an on-board bar and showers. Some destinations offer both airplane options. We recommend going for the A380 option if possible, so you can experience the bar & showers on the airplane.
Search & Book
Fare rules don’t state an expiry date. The minimum stay requirement is 5 days. The maximum stay is 4 months after the departure flight. A free stopover in Dubai is allowed but the airline’s stopover program will not work if there is a connection flight possible with less than a 8 hours layover.
Finding this fare is pretty hard. Google Flights does not work, however the ITA Matrix (instructions) works in this case. With below settings it should pretty easy to find availabilities:
After that you just put the dates into our Travel-Dealz search and you can book these fares through the displayed online travel agents.
Mileage
The mileage accrual for these flights is pretty good. The flydubai leg from Helsinki to Dubai is issued in booking class O. The leg from Dubai to your final destination is issued in booking class A. Here’s the mileage accrual for flights to Singapore:
- 14,532 Award Miles on TAP Miles&Go
- 14,532 Award Miles on Bangkok Airways FlyerBonus
- 10,900 Miles on Copa ConnectMiles
- 10,900 Miles on GOL Aéreos Smiles
- 10,900 Award Miles on Japan Airlines Mileage Bank
- 10,900 Points on Malaysia Airlines Enrich
- 10,900 Award Miles on Air Canada Aeroplan
