Star Alliance member Lufthansa has put a great price tag on flights from all over Europe to Baku, Azerbaijan. Ticket prices start as low as €180 from Amsterdam and remain below €200 from a bevy of other European airports. All flights include a layover in Frankfurt.
Prices include board service, but no hold luggage. Adding a checked bag up to 23 kg both ways increases the price by €50 on lufthansa.com.
Lufthansa’s rebooking policies don’t allow you to cancel your flight for a refund. You may change travel dates for a €35 fee, but you’d still have to pay the price difference, which can easily exceed several €100.
You may find these flights between January and October 2022. Availability becomes progressively better over the year, being best from June 2022 onwards.

The five-hour trip to Baku is operated by Lufthansa Airbus A320 or A321 aircraft. These feature the standard 3-3 seating pattern and Lufthansa’s short-haul cabin and seat pitch. Not the best way to spend a flight this long, but still an awesome price.
