The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New York City – Chelsea is currently selling a double room at a reasonable price. In the travel period from January to February 2024, you can get a night starting at US$108 (~€101), including taxes. Of course, that’s not the most popular time to travel to the “Big Apple”, but winter also has its own charm, depending on your taste.
The cheapest rate is non-refundable, but you can choose a refundable rate for an additional charge of US$11 (~€10) per night.

The Hotel
The cheapest rooms have king beds in them and measure approximately 20 square meters (~200-230 square feet). For US$10 (~€9) more, you can get a room with a view of the Flatiron building. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a safe, a TV and a radio, among other things.
The hotel has a bar and restaurant, as well as a lounge. There is a fitness and business centre. A concierge service is also offered. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
As the name suggests, the hotel is located in the middle of Manhattan in Chelsea. The Flatiron Building is to the south, Times Square to the north, and the Empire State Building to the east. In the immediate vicinity, there are all kinds of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as the metro.
Price Check
Booking on Hilton is probably the best option unless you have Genius 3 level on Booking.com and you don’t care about Hilton Honors points. In that case, your price can be as low as €90 (~US$97).
Basically, a night at this hotel costs more than €200 – sometimes even significantly more. Only in January and February do you get a significantly discounted price. Here is a comparison of the prices in May and June.
