Rooms for two guests at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Avanos in Cappadocia are currently available directly on Hilton‘s website for just €28 per night. There is availability from January to March 2023. The best price can be achieved as a Hilton Honors member (membership is free). For only €1 more, the offer can also be cancelled free of charge.
Cappadocia in central Turkey is a destination that is absolutely worth seeing, with a partly spectacular landscape. For example, you can visit former underground cities, marvel at “fairy chimneys” or ascend in a hot-air balloon at sunrise. The region has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1985.
Unvaccinated people must have either a negative PCR test or antigen test to currently enter Turkey. This does not apply to vaccinated or recovered people.

The Hotel
The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool, spa area with sauna, gym, free parking and e-car charging stations, restaurant, bar and business centre. The rooms are approximately 23 square meters big and equipped with air conditioning, a safe, TV, a separate sitting area, coffee/tea maker, minibar and Wi-Fi.
The hotel is located in Avanos, in central Turkey. To the south is probably the most important place in Cappadocia – Göreme. To the west is Nevsehir, whose airport, for example, also serves Turkish Airlines / Anadolu Jet from Europe. The Kayseri option in the east is certainly more exciting. There are all kinds of direct connections from Europe. With a rental car, you could explore the area very well.
Price Check
Basically, a night in this hotel costs €70-80, which is relatively cheap for a Hilton, but Hilton hotels in Turkey are generally quite cheap. In any case, the hotel now only offers the rooms at a significantly reduced price during the period mentioned. Various OTAs have (almost) caught up with the price, but that doesn’t change the quality of the deal.
