Choice Hotels’ loyalty program Choice Privileges is currently running an interesting promo during the first months of 2024. The program rewards members that sign up for the promotion before April 30, 2024 with 8,000 points for the first two stays between today and April 30, 2024. The length of each stay is irrelevant – one night is as good as ten. Sadly, Scandinavian and Baltic hotels are excluded from the promotion.
You need to register for the promotion at the link below before you can receive bonus points:
Reward nights start at 8,000 points, making the promotions especially interesting. Normally, Choice Privilege credits 10 points for every Dollar you spend on a room. Room rates usually start around €100.
Choice Hotels runs brands like Comfort Hotel, Clarion Hotel, Quality Hotel, Quality Inn and Cambria Suites. While their main market is North America, they also run hotels in major European cities. Sadly, reward nights in most Scandinavian hotels cost 16,000 instead of 8,000 points since the beginning of the year.
Terms & Conditions
The promotion runs until April 30, 2024 for stays between today and April 30, 2024. You need to register for Choice Privileges first, the registration is free. The promotion is valid for existing and new bookings and can be used four times per account.
Only bookings made via choicehotels.com for at least US$40 (~€37) are eligible for the bonus. Award nights or hotel based promotions are excluded.

Please be advised that choice hotels doesn’t promise 8,000 bonus points for the first two stays, but merely 8,000 points in total (including your regular earnigs). This means, if you earn 2,000 points regularly for your first two stays during the travel period, Choice Hotels will bump up your earnings by 6,000 points to make it 8,000 total. The additional points you can receive from Choice are capped at 7,200 points, while you will receive at least 5,000.

I believe Ascend hotels are eligble, but Ascend all inclusive are not.
