The Star Alliance member Air China is currently offering a sweet fare on flights from Italy to Bangkok. Departing from either Milan or Rome, prices for a round-trip start at only €338. The availability is good from February until May 2020.

Your trip will include one layover at one of the airline’s hubs. This could be Shanghai, Hangzhou, or Beijing, for example. Please note that the time you have to spend at an airport while waiting for your next flight can vary widely! Cheap connections tend to have longer layover times. This is something you might want to consider when booking.

Search & Book

According to the fare rules, tickets for this deal will be sold until December 31st. Or of course, until all discounted seats are gone. The offer has no validity, but there are blackout dates in January 2020. Generally speaking, you will find the most connections between February and May 2020.

The minimum stay requirements are five days, and you can spend up to 3 months in Thailand, before returning to Europe. That way, you will be able to benefit from the fare.

Entry & Visa

Most EU citizens do not need a visa for stays up to a length of 30 days. The entry permit can be extended by another 30 days before expiration by local immigration authorities.

Currency

The national currency of Thailand is the Baht (THB) which is divided into Satang. One Euro is about 40 THB.
