According to Google Flights, these fares are currently available on a daily basis. You can just use our flight search or book directly at Avianca to score this fare. The latter is the better way in this case. Online travel agencies take some time to issue tickets und may correct the failure. Avianca will let you purchase, but does not issue these tickets. We recommend to use an OTA like expedia.
Even roundtrips are not possible at this price.

I had the same problem that reserving a seat during booking was not possible for the Bogota-Munich leg (for Curacao-Bogota it worked).
I used their online chat service to book the seat for the 2nd leg with an agent. It worked without problem. He even said, congrats you got one of our super safer deals. I don’t know if this proof enough that it was indeed an however cheap but legitimate fare. I made screen shots of the conversation just in case.
I choose my seats during booking, so I have
assigned seats for all 4 flights booked. I hope

Why would you label it an error fare? Are you not aware of a past US DOT ruling where an airline referred to online commentary describing a fare in this way as part of its defence? Using this and similar words only helps the airlines, not your readers.

I have tickets from Avianca website but it does not aloud me to choose a seat. It says – only by phone. What would you suggest? I have choose J class and the flight is in oct 2020…
Same for our ticket(s) – they should be able to select those seats manually howevert. As the flight is almost a year away I’d recommend calling or chatting with Avianca not earlier than January.
