Italian flag carrier Alitalia has issued a series of coupons that grant a 20% discount on most flights booked through their website. You can apply it to flights from your home country to Italy, Europe, the Middle East or North Africa. This promotion runs until November 30, 2020 with a travel period that ends on September 30, 2020. On this day, all travel has to be completed.
You have to use different coupons, depending on your booking and departure country. We offer you a variety of possible origin countries in this article. If you want the code for another country, please leave a comment.
The code can be applied to economy and business class tickets alike. It reduces not only the base fare, but the full price including taxes and surcharges. Sadly, however, light fares are excluded.
Alitalia has been in financial trouble for quite some time now. Currently, the Italian government tries to renationalize the airline – but the process isn’t finished yet.
Consequently, it could be risky to book your flight with the carrier. If you do so, we’d recommend using a credit card as your method of payment. This will increase your chances of getting your money back in case the airline goes out of business.

- The 20% of discount applies to all Alitalia flights for departures from United Kingdom to Italy, Europe, and many worldwide destinations, in Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class.
- This offer is valid to travel from 04/12/2020 until 30/09/2021 (last inbound flight).
- For purchases on alitalia.com the e coupon code can be used exclusively for bookings each with only 1 single adult passenger.
- For reservations with more than one adult passengers it is possible to use the discount by making separate purchases for each single passenger.
- If you need to make a booking for adult passengers traveling with children/infants you are kindly requested to contact our Web Assistance at 03335 665544. The e-Coupon discount code can be used only on the Alitalia.com website and during the validity period it can be used more than once.
- The e-Coupon discount code can also be used for tickets purchased on behalf of other people. The discount can’t be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Discount code cannot be used on the Alitalia APP
- The e-Coupon discount is not valid:
- for Young fares
- for Light fares
- for MilleMiglia award tickets
- on flights operated by Alitalia’s partner airlines
- for Multi-city itineraries
If you’re planning a trip with more than 1 passenger, you need to book for each passenger separately, so that you can apply the discount to each passenger. The discount code will not work for bookings including more than 1 passenger!

How to redeem your Alitalia coupon:
- Select a flight
First select a flight that fits the terms & conditions. If you’ve selected your out- and inbound trip, you may apply your coupon code.
- Enter the code
Enter the discount code. If it is a valid code, but does not match the terms and conditions, you will be asked if you want to select different flights. Otherwise, the discount will be subtracted.
